San Diego police officers conducting a welfare check for a 95-year-old man did much more. They went to the grocery store and got some takeout food for him.

The department told that officers from the agency's southern division decided to help a man, identified as "Mr. Teo," a 95-year-old widower "in need of some help" because of the coronavirus lockdown.
